Eastern Cameron County in extreme south Texas in the Rio Grande Valley 25 miles from the border of Mexico, the Laguna Madre area is comprised of the Laguna Atascosa Wildlife Refuge, Laguna Vista, Laguna Heights, Port Isabel, South Padre Island and Boca Chica. Diverse landscapes from the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico to the wild brushy growth of the Wildlife Refuge, this area of Texas offers a variety of adventures and experiences.
