Yep, that really happened… this was a find and not a catch and brought to the dock to be memorialized!

An annual tradition, Playday kicks off the serious fun of the Texas International Fishing Tournament. Activities featured include the Mullet Relay which had a twist this year and of course the fish reeling contest. Other favorites are the obstacle course and the KidFish tank.
Contestants put their game face on for the “Reeling in the Fish” contest!
As an added degree of difficulty, contestants were required to ride a tricycle while holding the mullet they caught!
